Venart provides services related to bending and forming tubes based on the latest CNC technology. Our tube forming device guarantees high precision of components bent.

Venart manufactures a wide range of bent components intended for various applications and lines of business on the basis of the CNC technology.

Our bending machine performs well with regard to rolling round, square and rectangular tubes as well as bars whose external diameter ranges from 8 mm to 60,3 mm and whose wall is 1,5mm-6mm thick.

We have a long-standing experience and production capacities required to fulfill orders in accordance with customer requirements. Customers can choose specific matrices from our range of tools and we are in possession of tool rooms which are intended to manufacture tools and instruments adapted to customers’ needs.

• Wall thickness
• Type of material – orders are made of entrusted material or we purchase materials required for a specific order

Rolling requirements

Required information:

• Specification of radius to axis 
  

Bending radius to tube axis. All tools and bends have a specific bend radius. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Distance between bends

If a specific part requires more than one bend, it is necessary to assure a minimum distance between bends. Such distance is referred to as clamping length.

 

 

 

 

 

  

• Wall thickness

It is a difference between an external and internal diameter of the tube. In the process of designing, it is necessary to include the tube wall thickness; as a rule the wall thickness is smaller to assure a more economic production.
